With the onset of COVID-19, I think it’s fair to say, we’ve all been in a little shock. Living through a global pandemic is a once in a lifetime experience. And not the good kind of a once in a lifetime experience. So, from the bottom of our hearts, we want to say thank you. Navigating through these circumstances was challenging. But we want you to know, we are always here to help.

As a customer service orientated agency, closing our doors was a tough decision to make. We love to see our customers’ faces and we love conducting business in person! However, for the health and safety of our staff, and you, our customers, we knew it was the best thing to do. While it was an adjustment, we think we faired through it just fine! We appreciated your patience during that time.

With the uncertainty looming on what COVID-19 could bring this fall and winter, we want you to keep in mind that we are always here to help. If you feel more comfortable conducting business over the phone or via email, we will make that work for you! Hopefully, we will not have to close our doors again.
